SHIPPING

WE SHIP ALL ORDERS FREE IN NZ INCLUDING RURAL

Shipping | Shipping available via NZ POST and DHL, Due to high demand Please allow 7-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays or sale periods) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email support@mushroommatrix.co.nz for further assistance.

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

International Tracking | If tracking on your shipment is at a standstill, please contact DHL for more information.

Delivery | Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information.

 

Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification.

Email us asap for address changes and we shall see if we can accommodate.

MY PARCEL WAS STOLEN

If your parcel is stolen from your premises after it was delivered unfortunatley we can not refund or replace the item.

 

RETURNS

We do not offer change of mind returns. 

All sale items, hats and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged/defective products must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Return items must be in same as new condition. Mushroom Matrix reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items

 

To return the item the customer must pay shipping to send back to Heavy Hitters and shipping to the end destination. If we send the wrong size incorrectly there's no shipping charge.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We know mistakes happen! We only have a small window where changes to your order are possible so it is important to contact us straight away with your order number and all the details about the changes you need to make- The more details the better!

We are unable to combine your orders to be shipped out together-sorry! 

We can only make changes to your address before it is packed so it is really important to contact us via phone right away. If your order has left us you will need to contact NZ POST

We have stacks of cool stuff but unfortunately we can’t add items to your order after it has been placed. This would require a separate payment via our secure website payment platform so best to place another order to grab that extra item!

If you order the wrong size we are happy to exchange for the right size but the customer must pay shipping back to us and for the correct item,

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

TRACKING INFO

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we allow one hour for amendments and cancellations to take place.

 Please contact a member of the customer service team if you need to make an amendment to your order (this is not guaranteed if outside time frame).
